Welcome to Bestie Festie, a DC-based music festival where your friends are the DJs.
Born during the pandemic, a socially distanced Bestie Festie was created by a handful of friends to get a small taste of the music festival life that had all but vanished from so many of our lives.
Putting together iPod-DJ sets, we danced the night away in the front yard of a row home, dressed in festival attire, which we are sure our neighbors found to be... peculiar. We have since continued the tradition each year, expanding our group of friends that participate, and now feature DJs with far more expertise than "using the aux."
We hope that you will join us as we continue to celebrate our love of music, and the friends that you most enjoy dancing, singing, and smiling with.
